I'm ready for my cannabis order to ship. How will it be sent?
Your order will be delivered directly to your store.
When will my order arrive?
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, with the goal of delivering within two or three days, but it sometimes will take a little longer to assemble your order for shipment. Your delivery date will be scheduled and we’ll let you know when it is.
How do I know if my order is on the way?
As a retailer, your delivery date will be scheduled and pre-arranged with you.
Where can I find my tracking number?
For retail orders, we do not supply a tracking number. Our carriers deliver your package and have you sign the Bill of Lading (BOL) as proof of delivery. If you forget your scheduled delivery date, please email us at email@example.com and we can confirm it for you.
Part of my order is missing. What do I do?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and Customer Service Representative will look into it for you.
