October 4, 2021 has been undergoing continuous behind-the-scenes improvement over the past year to create the most stable, up-to-date experience possible. Part of these improvements means an upgrade to the site's platform, expected at the end of October 2021.

What this means for you: once the upgrade is complete, you will lose access to your account history created before the end of October.

If you want to save your account history, log in to no later than October 25, 2021 and access the My Order History page. From there, you can view, print or save your transactions as PDF files.

No action is needed if you don't need or want access to this order history, as you should already have all your transactional emails in your inbox as part of the standard site experience.

Please also note that the rest of your account won't be affected. You won't need to sign up again, change any passwords and will be able to order as normal once the upgrade has occurred.

Log in to Go to the Support & Account tab, and select My Order History.

On the My Order History page, click on the order(s) you'd like to save. Be aware that depending on how many orders you have, there may be multiple pages of orders. You can move between these pages using the numbers at the bottom.

Once you've clicked into an order, use the View Invoice button. This will open the invoice into a print screen.

If you want to save the file as a PDF, simply select Save as PDF and save the file to your computer. If you wish to print the order instead, just print it as usual.
