Our carriers deliver right to your doorstep.
How will my order be shipped to me?
We use carriers including Canada Post and Purolator to deliver right to your doorstep. Plus, we require a signature on delivery from someone over the age of 18, to make sure no children are accessing your order.
What does shipping cost?
All orders ship for $4.95 with either Canada Post or Purolator.
When will my order arrive?
It depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Generally, you can expect your order to arrive on your doorstep within one to two business days throughout most of Alberta. All orders placed any time on weekends or statutory holidays will be shipped out the next business day. Once your order is ready to be shipped out, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery status of your package.
Sometimes, a carrier may be unable to deliver your order – for example, if no one of legal age is available to receive it. If this happens, it’s your responsibility to pick up your order promptly: within 15 days for Canada Post, and 5 business days for Purolator.
Any orders not picked up within the time limits defined by the carrier will be returned to the AGLC, and you will not receive a refund.
I haven’t received a package I ordered. What do I do?
First, please check your emails for the tracking number of the shipment. Click on it to view the expected delivery date of your package. If that fails, you can get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 1-855-436-5677. One of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to verify your order and see where things went awry.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn’t been processed – that is, we’ve received payment and sent you a confirmation email – you may cancel your order. However, please be aware that this happens quickly – in about an hour – so you’ll have very little time to change your mind.
