Where does AlbertaCannabis.org ship to?
We ship to Albertan addresses only.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, but only if you ship using Canada Post. Purolator does not deliver to PO boxes.
What does shipping cost?
All orders ship for $4.95 with either Canada Post or Purolator.
How long does shipping take?
Generally, you can expect your order to arrive on your doorstep within one to two business days throughout most of Alberta. All orders placed any time on weekends or statutory holidays will be shipped out the next business day, though if you order right before or on a statutory holiday, your delivery may take a little bit longer. Once your order is ready to be shipped out, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to track the delivery status of your package. How do I find out my order is on the way?
Once your order has been processed, we'll send you an order confirmation email so you can keep an eye on its progress. We'll let you know as soon as it ships!
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Just click the link to find out the status of your order.
Who can accept my order?
All orders must be signed for by a person 18 years of age or older with valid identification, whether at home or at the post office or courier depot.
What if I miss my delivery?
Sometimes, a carrier may be unable to deliver your order – for example, if no one of legal age is available to receive it. If this happens, it’s your responsibility to pick up your order promptly: within 15 days for Canada Post, and 5 business days for Purolator. Please note: Any orders not picked up within the time limits defined by the carrier will be returned to the AGLC, and you will not receive a refund.
I haven’t received a package I ordered. What do I do?
First, please check your emails for the tracking number of the shipment. Click on it to view the expected delivery date of your package. If that fails, you can get in touch with us at email@example.com. One of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to verify your order and see what's happened.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn’t been processed, you can head to the order history section of your account and cancel your order. Once an order begins processing (picking, packing, shipping), the cancel button will no longer be available to cancel your order. The window for cancellations is small – about an hour – so be aware of this if you happen to change your mind.
My order arrived with the wrong product or is missing an item! What do I do?
